Feeling that you need a bit longer warranty coverage for your recent purchase? Teamed up with the tube factory’s support, we now provide customers the option to extend the purchase warranty!
How ‘Extend My Warranty’ works:
Your tube purchase order from this website, by default, comes with 90 days manufacturer’s warranty against workmanship and material defects, start counting from the order date.
(Orders for clearance or end of stock products do not come with 90 days warranty though – those order’s warranty is listed separately on those product listing page, non-extendable, and is offered on a case by case basis.)
Before the original order’s 90-day warranty expires, if you wish to add a bit longer warranty for your order, you can purchase ‘Extend My Warranty’ from this page within 6 months of your tube order date for a total coverage up to total 210 days (including the original 90 days warranty). Your NET warranty extension can be as long as 4 month (120 days = 210 days minus 90 days).
That is – ‘Extend My Warranty’ can be ordered from Day #1, all the way till Day #180, counting from your original purchase date. Your extended warranty COVERAGE will be counted starting from the 91st day of your original tube order date. Please do the math to be sure to select the extension coverage is right for you.
Once your original order date has passed 180 calendar days, you SHOULD NOT and NO LONGER ELIGIBLE to purchase ‘Extend My Warranty’. Tube factory will not back up any tube warranty claim submission once it passing the 180 day mark.
For example, if your tube order was placed on Jan 6th, 2024 – you can purchase ‘Extend My Warranty’ on any day before July 6th, 2024 (that is 180 days from tube order date). Do not order any length of ‘Extend My Warranty’ after July 6th, 2024 – it will be automatically voided and CANNOT be fulfilled by us AND/OR the tube factory.
In this example, if you had an expected tube failure incident on 165th day from your tube order date (i.e. 5 1/2 months after tube purchase) – by manufacturer’ defect but not user error, you will need to purchase at least ”Extend coverage up to 180 days’ in order to cover the tube failure event under the newly extended warranty. If you wish to have even longer coverage, you may purchase ‘Extend coverage up to 270 days’.
Please READ – VERY IMPORTANT:
- Buy the Extension within 6 months:
Before placing ‘Extend My Warranty’ order, check your original tube order date that you wish to apply extended warranty on, to be sure it is still eligible for warranty extension. That is: It must be within 180 days (6 months) of the original tube order date to qualify.
- Buy Extension one order at a time:
Each ‘Extend My Warranty’ purchase can only correspond to (1) original tube order. If you need extend warranty coverage on multiple tube orders placed within the last 180 days, please purchase ‘Extend My Warranty’ for EACH tube order, by submitting separate ‘Extend My Warranty’ orders.
Please be sure to provide your original tube order # if you wish your warranty extension to be applied on a specific past order. We will cross-exam with your tube order history to validate your warranty extension.
- Coverage for (8) tubes max:
Each ‘Extend My Warranty’ order can cover maximum up to (8) individual tubes in a single previous tube order. Tube purchase orders cannot be combined.
- Return & Replacement shipping cost not included:
‘Extend My Warranty’ do NOT cover return and replacement shipping cost during the warranty extension length of time. We will charge the equal amount of shipping cost as your return shipping cost, which is as shown on your return parcel label. If no return postage amount shown on the label, we will charge based on actual cost quoted by our outbound carrier. This shipping cost must be paid in full, before we can ship your replacement out during warranty extension period.
- Subject to changes without notice but all orders will be honored:
The terms and conditions of this warranty extension offering are subject to tube factory’s change without notice. We as tube resellers may also withdraw from the offering for reasons that we deem necessary and logistically reasonable solely at our discretion. However, all paid purchase of warranty extension will be honored to their validity date – there is NO withdrawal risk for PAID warranty extension orders.
