Details of Cosmetic Imperfection: 

  • This 300B/SE tube is of heavy carbon plate. Vibration of the heavy plate structure during factory shipping has caused small pieces of glass chipped off from the stem bottom. See pictures below for illustration of the floating loose glass pieces (marked by small red circle). Once the tube is installed standing upright, the glass pieces will fall to bottom of the glass enclosure and no longer visible. This cosmetic imperfection does NOT affect tube function whatsoever. Significant discount has been offered to offset the above mentioned cosmetic imperfection as B-stock.

As Full Music is no longer in business (owners passed away), it is not possible for us to obtain factory warranty replacement anymore. We are offering this final lot of tubes as ‘2+1 Free’ set so that buyer can have a spare tube to cover unexpected future events.  The 2 tubes will be a matched pair. Free spare tube will be matched to as close as we can, but not guaranteed to match all 3 as trio.

2) Guaranteed ‘NO Dead on Arrival’ plus 30 days against manufacturer’s defects

Clearance B-stock tubes are guaranteed of ‘No Dead on Arrival’ plus 30 days against manufacturer’s defects. If 1 out of 3 tube bundle develop confirmed defective issues within 30 days, we will offer 1/3 of your tube purchase price as rebate. No refund. Exchange is only possible if we have stock left but given this is a clearance item, we cannot guarantee availability for exchange.
