This post will be updated frequently with US tariff policies changes.

All US destination orders are now shipped with tariff prepaid by us to expedite and simplify order shipping.

US receivers will NOT receive a surprise bill at the time of delivery.

All actual tariff related charges paid to US Customs by us via couriers, including associated fees on top of the tariff itself, are 100% non-refundable. US Customs do not accept any tariff / duty claw back under any circumstances, even if an order is later on returned for ANY reason at ANY time. This is the policy by US Customs and there is no exception.

For the coming holiday shopping season:

Our STRONGEST advice is to shop EARLY and get your order in BEFORE November 1ST. Peak season has VERY HIGH shipping damage due to unavoidable rough handling with ALL COURIERS. We may restrict outbound shipping during that time to control losses by shipping damages.

Ship to Europe: Get 50% tax bill rebate

European countries request all imports of any amount to be subject to VAT / duty assessment by local authorities.

Post office & couriers in Europe will calculate duty at the time of parcel import based on the value of shipment, and collect it from the receiver at the time of delivery.

By filling in your tax ID on checkout page of your order, it will expedite order processing through customs in Europe. We do not sell data to any marketing agency – this tax ID is only used to create shipping documents to expedite your order customs clearance with your country’s authority. Otherwise your country’s customs have to reach out to you, wait for your response in order to process your order import clearance. This manual process may take extra long time. We strongly recommend you to fill in tax ID in your order to expedite order customs clearance and delivery in Europe.

As each European countries have different VAT rates and/or duty regulations / customs processing fees, we do not include VAT or duty amount in our website pricing.

Most western European countries now have digital customs processing which is fast and efficient – receiver usually gets either SMS text messaging or email notification when VAT/Duty amount is due for payment before a parcel can be released. Please be sure to check your email and/or track the parcel with provided tracking number – you usually can pay for the VAT/Duty bill online before the parcel reaches your local courier depot.


We can rebate 50% of your import charges:

We now offer to refund 50% of your European import charges (combination of import fees, VAT and duty) up to either 50% of the import charge bill, or 50% of the amount of your country’s VAT, whichever is LESS.

This rebate offer is only valid for items purchase at ‘regular price’, and not valid for ‘on sale’ items, or items purchased with promotional coupons applied. Our pricing and business model cannot sustain ‘discount + rebate’ while still maintain economically viable and sustainable. We appreciate your understanding of this ‘no double dipping’ policy.

Rebate Example 1:

If your country’s VAT rate is 20%, your order item total price (net of insurance and shipping etc) is 500 Euro and you received an import charges bill for the amount of 85 Euro. We will refund you the less of: 1) 50% of import charge bill = 85 Euro X 50% = 42.50 Euro, or 2) 50% of VAT of the item price = 500 Euro X 20% VAT X 50% split = 50 Euro. Your final refund from us will be 42.50 Euro.

Rebate Example 2:

If your country’s VAT rate is 25%, your order item total price (net of insurance and shipping etc) is 1000 Euro. You received an import charges bill for the amount of 320 Euro. We will refund you the less of: 1) 50% of import charge bill = 320 Euro X 50% = 160 Euro, or 2) 50% VAT of the item price = 1000 Euro X 25% X 50% split = 125 Euro. Your final refund from us will be 125 Euro.

How to claim 50% import charges rebate:

This 50% split rebate will only be issued as refund to your original order payment method, upon presenting the official import charge bill issued by your country’s customs, and subject to verification.

The bill can be sent to us as scanned .pdf file or .jpg image and can NOT shown being altered by any means. We do not accept emailed message of ‘I was charged for and paid this and that amount’ or a portion of your credit card bill. It must be the official tax bill from courier or your country’s customs authority, showing the shipment tracking number to match with your order.

Once you have claimed the 50% split rebate, your order is no longer qualified for refund under any circumstances and any amount rebate issued will be sunk cost. Please understand the amount paid to a country’s customs and tax authorities cannot be clawed back by us under ANY circumstance.

Importing to European Countries from abroad

When you shop local in Europe, usually the product price has VAT included.

However, we are a business located in Canada so our website price is net of any European VAT.

We can help you to manage the import cost to your country in a few different ways, to improve your purchase experience from abroad.

  • If you are sure that your country’s Post Office has automatic customs clearance process and provide an option for buyer to pay for import charges online with credit cards, you can communicate with us before order shipping, upon placing your order. In this case, we can set up the Post Office (Canada Post) shipping label with such import charges notification to be sent to us directly via email. Upon receiving the email from your country’s post office, we can pre-pay your import charges at our end then you receive your order with Duty and VAT paid.
  • At this time, we are aware that France (French Post) and Germany (Deutsche Post/DHL) offer automatic customs clearance and online payment by credit cards. If you know other countries in Europe offer the same clearance and payment options, please share with us to help improve customer purchase experience.

  • If your country’s Post Office does NOT offer automatic customs clearance and request in-person payment for import charges, we often can cover 50% of your import charges when certain conditions are met. See details HERE.

Frequent Order Tracking Questions – Read before email

Here are answers to the frequently asked order tracking questions – please read it before using ‘contact us’ form to send email. It may have answered your question and save you time to write emails!

  1. Order placed – when will the order be shipped?

Answer: Typically within 48 hours (2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays that our business location – Alberta, Canada, observes locally). If for some reason your order cannot be shipped within that time frame, you will receive an email from us with details.

2. Can you send me tracking number once order is shipped?

Answer: All order shipping updates are done automatically to our online webstore order system. Please use your email (the one you used to place order) to login your account to see most up-to-date updates. If you didn’t register an account at the time of order, you can register it now with your same email. The website will send you a password automatically for you to login. You can change the default password if you wish after you login.

3. Why I didn’t receive the account login credentials email or any order updates?

Answer: The most common reasons are – Reason #1: you might have a typo in your email address when you register your account so the emails cannot be delivered. Simply register a new account with your correct email again. Reason #2: your email server blocked our email as spam. It is common these days that email server blocks out automatic emails. Please add grantfidelity at gmail dot com in your email contact list and mark us as a ‘safe sender’. Reason #3: For those using gmail, automatic emails are often routed to sub-folders in your inbox or Spam folder – Inbox subfolders are called ‘Promotions’ or ‘Social’ or ‘Updates’. You can find those Gmail inbox tabs in horizontal in your gmail inbox top header. Be sure to check your spam folder too, and add us to your safe sender contact list.

I got a USPS tracking number…. now what.. why isn’t it moving?

For tube orders from USA customers, we sometimes use Canadian domestic courier service to ship to the border of Alberta/Montana, then customs brokers clear the parcels through US Customs into the USA for final delivery by USPS. Once the parcels entered the USA (AFTER customs clearance and released by US Customs), the USPS tracking number will become live tracking on www.usps.com, and the journey starts from a small town called Sweet Grass, Montana.

Don’t jump when you see your order was shipped from Montana, not from Canada. It’s just cross-border paperwork to get on USPS shipping network.

In the above shipping scenario, USA Customer will receive a 26 digit USPS tracking number as soon as we process your order in Canada – ie. pick n pack your orders and give the boxes to the Canadian couriers (this will usually happen within 48 hours of receiving your orders).

Customers in USA need to wait (patiently) for 2-3 business days for domestic transportation within Canada and border crossing into USA to complete, before starting to click on usps.com for updated USPS tracking.

What if a tube is ‘out of stock’?

When placing order on the website, you may be notified that a product is ‘out of stock’ at time of order or after the order is placed (we take many phone orders so the website stock level may not have been updated in real time).

When the product listing has ‘out-of-stock’ notice and if we have plan to re-stock it, we will be glad to accept pre-order with payment by credit card or Paypal. Your pre-order will have priority over others to be fulfilled once new stock arrives. Many our ‘Best of Best’ top tubes have waiting list once it becomes out of stock – these tubes are of limited quantity. First come first serves so please get your pre-order in line as soon as you can.

In each factory run of tube production, tubes meeting Grant Fidelity test method Top 10% Best Grade requirements are very limited. We will never ship lower quality grade tubes in order to rush to fulfill an order.

If a tube is out of stock and your order has been placed, we will email you in 24-48 hours letting you know of future stock availability. You have the option either to take an immediate full refund or your order will be in line among other pre-orders for guaranteed fulfillment from new arrival stock.
