US Tariff & Shipping Guide
This post will be updated frequently with US tariff policies changes.
All US destination orders are currently shipped with tariff prepaid by seller before courier pickup from sender.

US receivers will NOT receive a surprise bill at the time of delivery. This ‘delivered duty paid’ price is reflected in our webstore pricing.
Currently there are known customs processing delays at US Customs due to backlogs. This is out of anyone’s control due to the sheer shipping volume with EVERY SINGLE PARCEL INTO USA now has to be processed and released by US customs. Please be patient and allow time for orders processed through. All couriers have now cancelled their delivery guarantee time – our website delivery estimates do NOT include US Customs delay time, and it is absolutely out of anyone’s control.
No order can be withdrawn, cancelled or retrieved once the order is submitted to the courier. At this time, tariff and fee have been prepaid in order to generate shipping labels – there is no way to cancel the label and retrieve the payment with courier at this time.
All actual tariff related charges paid to US Customs by us via couriers, including associated fees on top of the tariff itself, are 100% non-refundable. US Customs do not accept any tariff / duty claw back under any circumstances, even if an order is later on returned for ANY reason at ANY time. Once Uncle Sam got the payment and that is it – end of story.
Overall – shipping to US is happening with customs backlog, but it is progressing. Please exercise patient at this chaotic time at borders.
For the coming holiday shopping season:
Our STRONGEST advice is to shop EARLY and get your order in BEFORE November 1ST. Peak season has VERY HIGH shipping damage due to unavoidable rough handling with ALL COURIERS. We may restrict outbound shipping during that time to control losses by shipping damages.
