Cancellation: Membership is a virtual service that allows you to access our member-only pricing. It is ONLY refundable within 10 business days minus non-refundable payment gateway processing fee up to 4.5%, subject to that you have NOT used any membership privileges such as viewing pricing discount, or used any associated coupons issued with membership.
Terms and conditions:
- Insider pricing only viewable to Valid Insider Membership holder: The list of selected tube models may change throughout the validity membership, and we cannot provide you a list of applicable tubes before you order the Insider membership. Given the nominal fee for the membership and the accompanied coupon issued, the savings on applicable models will cover the membership cost without question.
- Simply re-login your account to see Insider pricing – Once you have ordered the Insider membership, you can re-login your account immediately to see insider pricing available at that time . The pricing will show automatically on each product listing page. To compare it to non-member pricing, log out of your account and view the site as a guest.
- Membership valid to our worldwide customers. It is not limited to customers in Canada and USA. It is valid for all regions / countries that we can reliably ship tubes to.
How to use the membership?
First , Order your Insider membership!
Place order on this page, by adding to cart then check out with your full billing / shipping information. Once your membership order is completed with payment, our website automatically creates your user profile and automatically assigns you the purchased membership level onto your account. Make sure to check your spam folder if you don’t receive confirmation for your order. For gmail user, be sure also to check your inbox subfolders – ie. promotion and social inbox folders.
Second , place new tube orders to enjoy your Insider pricing!
All tube orders placed within validity AFTER the membership activation (instant after your membership purchase and membership fee payment completion) will be eligible for Insider pricing offered.
Can I cancel the membership?
Membership is a digital service that grants you access to our Insider membership pricing. You may only cancel your membership within 7 days of purchase, subject to condition that you have NOT accessed our Insider membership pricing, used the issued coupon and / or placed any order with the membership privilege. Your membership payment refund will be deducted with non-refundable payment processing fees charged by credit card processor and / or Paypal fees up to 4.5%
After 7 days, your Insider membership fee is no longer refundable.
How do I renew the membership after it expires in 90 days?
Our website will send you a renew reminder 7 days before your membership expiration date. At that time, you can decide to renew, or simply do nothing reverting your account back to standard customer account status.
