On top of our standard tube warranty , members receive additional 90 days coverage after tube order’s standard warranty expires.

Difference of Two Levels of Membership:
Full Membership – Extended warranty covers ALL tube products from our website [PremiumVacuumTubes.com], except those on clearance, end of stock or stated otherwise on its product listing page.
Lite Membership – Extended warranty coverage EXCLUDES [Linlai™ Global] Elite and WE replica series tubes and not including those not covered under FULL membership either.
How to use the membership?
First , Order your desired membership!
Place order on this page by selection ‘membership level’, add to cart then check out with your full billing / shipping information. Once your membership order is completed with payment, our website automatically creates your user profile and automatically assigns you the purchased membership level onto your account. Make sure to check your spam folder if you don’t receive confirmation for your order. For gmail user, be sure also to check your inbox subfolders – ie. promotion and social inbox folders.
Second , place new tube orders to enjoy your membership perks!
All tube orders placed AFTER the membership activation (which in most cases is instant after your membership purchase and membership fee payment completion) will be covered by the membership extended warranty perks as described above, plus all other perks coming in the future.
Can I cancel the membership?
If you haven’t used any of the membership perks, you may cancel your membership within 180 days. Your membership payment refund will be prorated by (payment received / 12 * # of months) and we refund the balance via PayPal transfer only. We cannot refund membership fee via bank transfers due to high international wire transfer banking fees. We also cannot refund any payment processing fees that were collected by payment processing gateway (usually it refers to banks, Paypal or Stripe / Square payment gateway).
After 180 days, your annual membership fee is no longer refundable.
I bought the Lite Membership, can I upgrade to Full Membership half way?
Yes you can upgrade by ordering Full Membership within 180 days of your purchase of Lite Membership. We will refund your original Lite Membership fee payment via Paypal Transfer. But the upgraded extended warranty coverage will only apply to the leftover term of your original Lite Membership.
How do I renew the membership after it expires in 12-month?
Our website will send you a renew reminder 7 days before your membership expiration date. At that time, you can decide to renew, upgrade, or simply do nothing reverting your account back to standard customer account status.

10-Day Trial membership is for our website guests to browse the member-only pricing, then decide if to get one of the two levels of membership. 10-Day Trail Membership only allows guests to browse and place order within 10 days at member-only pricing. But all other membership perks will not be activated until you purchase the Lite or Full Membership at full price – which includes extended warranty. One customer can only purchase 10-Day trial membership once. Duplicated or repeat purchase will be voided.
10-Day Trial Membership will be valid for 10 calendar days only and it is NON-REFUNDABLE. A reminder for expiration will be sent to your email automatically 1 day before the current expiration date.
